Reservations Reservations are confirmed by credit card and are subject to cancellation. We accept Master Card, Visa, Cash, or Check. Due to the nature of our adventures, we believe it is necessary to talk to you over the phone. We are not able to confirm reservation requests by email. Rides will not be cancelled because of weather, however, in the unlikely event of cancellation by Arizona Horseback Experience all fees will be refunded. Customer cancellation requests received less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled ride date will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 per person. Overnight night trips will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount if cancellation requests are received within 14 days of the ride date. We will make every effort to reschedule rides to accommodate customer needs. Physical Requirements All riders, regardless of age, must have sufficient upper body strength to mount a full sized horse without assistance. We have no age restriction, but children must be able to mount without the aide of a mounting block, or "leg up." There are no exceptions to this rule. Our high mountain trails may require some walking. For these trails, riders should be able to walk down a steep rocky trail for short distances. The maximum weight of a rider we can accommodate is 260 pounds with an acceptable height to weight ratio. Smoking is prohibited while on all trail rides. Smoking is only permitted outside the truck before departure and on return. Attire
