Reservations Reservations are confirmed by advance payment with a valid credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash, or Check. Vacation Packages and Overnight trips require a 50% advance deposit. Due to the nature of our adventures, we believe it is necessary to talk to you over the phone. We are not able to confirm reservation requests by email. Reservations are confirmed by advance payment and are non refundable. We will, however, be glad to reschedule your ride. Rides will not be cancelled because of weather, however, in the unlikely event of cancellation by Arizona Horseback Experience all fees will be refunded. Vacation Packages and Overnight trips will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount, 21 days prior to the ride date. We will make every effort to reschedule rides to accommodate customer needs. All riders, regardless of age, must have sufficient upper body strength to mount a full sized horse without assistance. We have no age restriction, but children must be able to mount without the aide of a mounting block, or "leg up." There are no exceptions to this rule. Our high mountain trails may require some walking. For these trails, riders should be able to walk down a steep rocky trail for short distances. The maximum weight of a rider we can accommodate on our regular saddle horses is 210 pounds with an acceptable height to weight ratio, a Body Mass Index no greater than 29. We have one horse who can carry up to 250 pounds, with an acceptable height to weight ratio. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that we feel cannot ride safely with us. Smoking is prohibited on all trail rides. Smoking is only permitted outside the truck before departure and on return to our ranch. Attire
